Located centrally to Heathrow airport and south-coast container ports, Di-Spark manufacture sub-contract aerospace parts, components & sub-assemblies for airline, aerospace & satellite companies across the globe. Working with typical aerospace materials such as Titanium alloys, aluminium alloys, hardened & alloy steels – including pre-hardened steels, Copper & Tungsten alloys, and new and exotic materials such as new alloys, composites and polymers, Di-Spark combine machining processes to ensure a lean manufacturing output, whilst retaining the strongest component & material throughout.
