Di-Spark Limited offer airline machining capacity, operating around the clock, 7 days per week, certified to AS9100 revision C. Located centrally to Heathrow airport and south-coast container ports, Di-Spark manufacture sub-contract aerospace parts, components & sub-assemblies for airline, aerospace & satellite companies across the globe. Working with typical aerospace materials such as Titanium alloys, aluminium alloys, hardened & alloy steels – including pre-hardened steels, Copper & Tungsten alloys, and new and exotic materials such as new alloys, composites and polymers, Di-Spark combine machining processes to ensure a lean manufacturing output, whilst retaining the strongest component & material throughout.

Airline machining carries a unique responsibility, in terms of contributing to an overall and ever improving air safety programme, which operates globally via certification such as AS9100 – which replaces the earlier AS9000.
