Rapid Response CAD/CAM integrating with our Rapid Response Machining Cell
We use a range of software products described below that allow us to boost productivity, improve quality and reduce lead-times.
SOLIDWORKS
This software is a 3D CAD solution that offers solid modelling, 2D drawing and design analysis capabilities
POWERMILL
This software allows high-speed, simultanious, multi-axis machining, exceptionally fast calculations and powerful toolpath editing, allowing Di-Spark to produce high quality, complex machined parts.
DEPOCAM
This software specialises in producing advanced 3D, 3+2 axis and high speed milling routines. Solid models are imported into the system and then used to generate milling toolpaths.
ALPHACAM
This is a comprehensive CAD/CAM system consisting of many modules. We use this software to produce programs for our milling, turning and wire erosion machines.
PC-DMIS
This is the metrology software that we use on our CMM to create inspection routines – programs can be generated from both drawings and CAD models
