AS9100 Wire EDM Services
AS9100 certification is key to the successful management of machining operations. Our quality management system (QMS) is certified as AS9100 Revision C and overlooks all machining operations, including AS9100 Wire EDM Services. The CAD/CAM office is located directly on the facility main floor between 2 manufacturing cells and our spark EDM and wire EDM services run adjacent to each other within dedicated electrical discharge machining manufacturing cells. Production engineering, management and control is situated overlooking the manufacturing cells and inspection facilities are concentrated within 2 floors of the QMS cell. Sales and customer account management are located next to the production department to ensure that customer feedback is acted upon rapidly and becomes part of the work flow process.
