At Di-Spark, our AS9100 manufacturing QMS is certified to AS9100 revision C and ISO 9001, we have a long standing love affair with electrical discharge machining – dating back decades, and we are proud to have been at the forefront of EDM innovations such as clean-cut wire erosion and the harnessing of die-sink EDM back in the early 1970’s. However, as a multi-process precision manufacturing company we have invested heavily in, and are at the forefront of CNC milling, CNC turning and CNC multi axis machining innovations – all working alongside electrical discharge machining cells.

Recent and ongoing investments include new innovative and fully automated, multi-tool electrical discharge machining technology, CNC large machining (5-axis) & milling alongside a new large CMM (coordinate measuring machine) – for a complete large machining package. Systems improvements look at our Cad/Cam office re-located to the machine-shop floor and networked directly with production control, ongoing QMS upgrades & integration and of course commitments to both apprenticeships and academia via universities.
