Optimised Five Axis Machining Capability

In response to customer demands, market conditions and new five axis machining innovations, Di-Spark review production planning, cad/cam processes, machining processes, quality and inspection as an ongoing concern. As an example, we recently optimised our five axis machining and electrical discharge machining cells, relocating machines between adjacent factory units in order to fully maximise our production processes & machining capabilities – see our capacity utilisation video below. Prior to this we constructed a dedicated Cad/Cam office, directly on the 5 axis machining shop floor to enhance work-flow and improve customer satisfaction.
