Just-In-Time machining, or Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) is a service offered to LTA customers whom have agreed long-term manufacturing contracts with The Di-Spark Group. Our just-in-time machining service covers all machining cells as follows: high volume EDM machining (spark & wire), 5 axis machining, large machining and multi-axis turning. This world-class machining service enables Di-Spark to create 6 months or more of stock, using MRP software to control stock levels, allowing LTA customers to absorb components without having inventory issues.
