This innovative machining process, split into two camps; Spark erosion EDM machining and wire erosion EDM machining, fills the 5 axis and mill-turn machining gap. Suitable for chemically treated, heat-treated and hardened (conductive) materials and the internal machining of complex apertures, holes and vents, electrical discharge machining dovetails perfectly with 5 axis and mill-turn machining processes, for the complete precision aerospace & satellite machining solution.
