Di-Spark’s rapid response 5 axis machining cell offers the latest in precision 5 axis machining technologies, running 24/7 and configured to handle any rapid response 5 axis machining requirement. ‘Rapid Response’ is suitable for customers requiring precision machined components manufactured within a short time frame and short notice, such as Formula 1 last-minute engineering and pre-season development phases, or indeed, just-in-time machining customers such as aerospace manufacturing – where components are delivered ‘just-in-time’ as part of a ‘just-in-time inventory management’ strategy. - Work with the Step file – via rapid response, to a CAD model
- Carry out CAD Model key dimensional check on DRG
- CAM machining operation: rapid response 5 axis machining
- Deliver to customer
- Lead time: 2 weeks
