Di-Spark Limited have manufactured precision parts, components & sub-assemblies for decades, having invested into electrical discharge machining during the early commercial days of this innovative machining process. Initially operating as a tool-making company we soon found new areas of business in medical machining & high-end motorsport machining sectors. As the company expanded we acquired new commercial units, expanding into AS9100 precision machining operations such as automated mill-turn, 5 axis machining and latterly, large 5 axis machining processes.

As electrical discharge machining technology evolved Di-Spark invested into both automated wire edm machining and automated spark edm machining technologies, introducing multi-operation automation via a single setup and tool-change robot handling to our electrical discharge machining capability.

Our recent activities include significant investments into AS9100 precision machining QMS & inspection facilities, a dedicated CAD/CAM office within close proximity to our machining departments, investments into new machining technologies such as automated mill-turn, large 5 axis machining, high performance milling and clean-cut wire erosion machining centres. We have also revised staffing roles towards an optimised team capable of precise planning, production control and customer liason.
