Offering a one-stop precision machining solution, Di-Spark Ltd operate sub-contract wire cut machining services to satisfy the world-class manufacturing requirements of engineering and high technology industries. During the evaluation of machining process application and process suitability, it often becomes apparent that alternative machining processes can improve the quality of manufacture within a lean manufacturing framework, thereby saving money for the customer and producing a superior part. Wire cut is a machining process which, during process evaluation, often replaces or works in tandem with traditional machining methods such as 5 axis machining and automated CNC mill-turn, to manufacture high technology components.
